I’m Vanya! I’m a girl, I’m a woman, I’m a daughter, a sister and I’m also a mother!
Trained as a teacher in the 1st cycle of Basic Education and I post-graduated in Protection of Children and Young People at Risk.
The Universe brought me to the Azores 18 years ago!

Fell in love with the 9 islands, but it was in S.Miguel that I took root.
I invested (and continue to invest) in personal and interpersonal development by attending courses, lectures, workshops and retreats.
Trained as a Yoga&Meditation teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I did specific training in Yoga Baby, Kids and Special Kids.
Joined the two areas that inspire me (education and social) in projects for the Development of Personal and Emotional Skills with Yoga, in schools in the region.
I have specific training in MYM – Yoga Movement for Women and Yoga Hormone Therapy.

I am fascinated by the feminine and masculine Universe, present in all Beings, sharing it with all people who allow themselves to live and discover their body in freedom and empowerment.
And above all, I believe in the only path that exists… that of Love!
